Customers can return or exchange a product within 30 days of receiving it with prior approval from the seller. Customers must return items unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. This policy applies to both consumables and hardware products. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns that are not due to quality-related issues. Gelomics will issue a full refund for returned goods if customers meet the prior conditions.
Sterile Goods
Gelomics will exchange sterile consumable products cost-free if quality-related issues arise within 30 days of purchase.
Hardware
Gelomics Pty Ltd warrants its hardware products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months after delivery of the product. The foregoing warranty shall be of no force and effect if the buyer has modified or damaged the product.
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period or, if applicable, the Extended Warranty Period, Gelomics will either:
1) Repair the defective hardware at no charge, within a reasonable time using new or refurbished replacement parts, and cover the shipment cost from and to the customer.
If we replace a hardware or component, we will either E-cycle the replaced part or keep it for evaluation.
By requesting a 4-week free trial of the LunaCrosslinker™ device from Gelomics, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Shipping Cost
The Customer agrees to be solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery of the Device from Gelomics’ headquarters to the Borrower’s specified address. Gelomics will cover the costs of return shipping (if applicable). The Borrower must retain the original packaging of the Device and is responsible for repackaging it the same way for its return. The Device must be returned in its original condition and well-protected, using either the original or equivalent protective materials. If the Borrower fails to meet these packaging standards, they may be liable for any damages incurred during transport.
The Customer is responsible for paying any and all tax and duty charges associated with the import of the LunaCrosslinker™ device to destination country. We will bill these charges to the Customer separately through the carrier. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country, including those related to importing and exporting goods.
Damages During Trial Period
The Customer is responsible for the proper use, handling, and storage of the LunaCrosslinker™ device during the 4-week trial period. If the Customer damages or loses the device, or if it is stolen while in their possession, they agree to pay the full retail price of the LunaCrosslinker™ device. Gelomics reserves the right to assess the damage and determine if the device is beyond repair.
By submitting a request for a LunaCrosslinker™ 4-week free trial, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Gelomics reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
